The Rules of Conduct can be found below. Failure to abide by these rules will result in the following consequences:

I. No racial intolerance, transphobia, homophobia or hate speech of any kind.
 

II. No intentionally creating unnecessary drama.
 

III. No leaking personal information, doxxing, or otherwise exposing members without their permission.
 

IV. No posting NSFW content outside of NSFW channels.

 

V. No spamming, zalgo, etc.
 

VI. This is a primarily English speaking unit. We allow other languages but be considerate of other members.

 

VII. Use channels as they are intended (Discord and Teamspeak).

 

VIII. No ear rape

 

IX. Pictures in #general-chat must be relevant to the conversation.

 

X. No disobeying reasonable requests from staff members. If you feel a request is unnecessary or otherwise out of line, message a senior staff member.

XI. This is an 18+ Unit.

    a. If you are under 18 years of age and you wish to still apply, you             will be asked to partake in an extended interview where you will             be tested on your maturity and briefed on the type of harsh                    members/humour/tone that is exhibited within the unit.

    b. If this interview is successful, you will be provided with                             probationary tag.
           1. The minimum age to receive a probationary tag is 17.

             2. A detachment commander can and may remove a probationary                     member at any time from the unit.
             3. If a topic in teamspeak, discord, or operation is deemed                                 inappropriate for anybody under the age of 18, a probationary                       member will be asked or removed from the situation without                           notice.

              4. If a probationary member exhibits repeated signs of immaturity,                     the probationary member will be removed by J-1 Personnel                             Administration.

              5. If a probationary member breaks any rule pursuant to subsection                   XV, the consequences of subsection XV will be enacted.

XII. You must be sober and coherent during trainings & operations       (a couple of beers beforehand is fine).

 

XIII. You are allowed to be part of another MilSim, however you need to notify your detachment leader of this and you must provide any information about this unit that is requested by your detachment leader
  a. Failure to follow this rule will incur an immediate termination of your                      membership of this unit. All information related to your termination of                  membership will also be passed on to the other unit[s] that you are part of.

  b. Detachment leaders have the right to determine if you are allowed to remain        in other units. Reasonings that end this right may range from too much              interference in applied training to interfering unit schedules
 

XIV. Poaching is and will not be tolerated. 

    a. If you are caught poaching, you will be Permanently banned from the           Discord, Teamspeak and your unit you are representing will be added            to an inter-unit blacklist.
 

XV. Members and Candidates of this unit must attend all operations and           trainings at least 3 times a month

    a. Exemptions can be made. Detachment Staff will decide if the                          reason provided is acceptable.

    b. If a reason is not sufficient for exemption, the member in                               question may be removed from their team, detachment or the unit.

    c. If a candidate is determined to be wasting the time of any                                personnel during operations or trainings, the candidate can be                       removed from the candidate's selection pool.

          1. If a candidate is deemed morally unfit or shows no                                            willingness to show enthusiasm before, during or after the Training                 Pipeline and does not show any acquired progression, the                                detachment commander reserves the right to remove the                                candidate from the Training Pool.

    d. If you attend another unit's operation in the place of ours, you will be

         breaking rule XV, section b and permanently banned without J-1 Trial.

    e. If you are caught playing other games during the allotted time of                   operations or trainings, you will be breaking rule XV, section b and be           banned without J-1 Trial.
 

XVI. All requests made by J-1 or Task Force Directing staff members should be met with compliance. This includes:
  a. Ceasing communication to an individual or ceasing                                          communication in a discord/teamspeak channel.
  b. Taking orders from a senior in a Main OP, Side OP or Training.
  c. Refusing to comply with these rules will result in an Immediate ban from       the discord, teamspeak and any associated methods of communication
  d. If a member feels that they do not agree with an request or order, you
       you may message another member in the Task Force Directing Staff or         J-1 to present you case.


XVII. The release of information pertaining to a private individual, according to the defined legislation pertaining to the Common Law of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland will result in the permanent ban from JTF-Monarch & the release of information about said violator of this rule will be sent to the National Crime Agency of the United Kingdom to issue prosecution against the individual about the alleged crime.
  a. There are no exceptions from this rule. 
 

Administrators, moderators, staff members etc. decide what the punishment is for breaking any of the above rules. If you feel your punishment is unfit for what happened appeals are always welcome.
